  • Owners of Unique AKA's try Google

If you truely have ownage on an extremely unique alias give it a google search and you may be supprised at the results:eek:
Mine pulls 32 listings with 30 having total TT Post origins.
I'm not talking just slightly unusual as in borrowed from even the most obscure heros of Literature, History, Movies, Myth and Video Games. I'm talking no BS one of Kind monickers/tags. Take Wiggo's-sister, she scores yet Wiggo doesn't.

Anybody's guess as to google's criteria for ratings/percentage
per name would be welcome fodder for deeper thought and consideration:shrug:

So, if you think you're slick, hip, cool and unusual in your choice of
on line names, or even if ya don't, than give google a spin, it's kinda like the 3D BenchMark of the Alias world. I incourage you to
take a chance...........dance with the devil and post your score.

Just remeber, OverClocking does not apply in this BenchMark:shh:
Happiness isn't something you experience; it's something you recall.

I've been using my alias for 6 years now, and I've done this search before, and never found anything, but this time I found that some guy is using my alias one a German Singles Dating website? :P

Other than that, I am completely unique to the web, which is exactly what I was shooting for when I picked the alias.

it's kinda goofy. I've got one thread at MyTechSupport.ca and it results in nearly a dozen hits on google. Yet I've got ~3700 posts here but not many more hits than MyTechSupport.ca

Not to mention the half-dozen other forums i visit didn't even register...

Although I can proudly say that all the hits except for 2 were me :D

I get 14 results normally, 11 or so of which are mine...some of them are on other message boards I've never heard of from people giving me credit for signatures they've carried over from other forums...

With the omitted results added in, I get 636 links.

None of them from Tweaktown, though...

It was not my intention to be unique to the web, simply to be readily identifiable in this forum.

But 10,100,000 hits on Google can't be all bad :o)

Anyone want to scour those for pr0n, be my guest

I did the same thing out of curiosity a week or two ago and I get 15 unique links out of 58. Most relate to TT, SETI @ Home and eBay.
