Since its a do it yourself system - I'd expect it to be fairly quick since only those who are into comps in a big way will bother with it

You can also do a 54 Meg connection or a 54 meg *2 (GIVES YOU A 100 meg) BUT it costs a lot more - would make a nice backbone

it'd have to be a lot better than crappy modem

beefy - you'll have to start your own - just bounce it off the grampians - that way you'll be able to link to warnambool or ararat or etc.
