If ya get a waterbed then make sure it has a waveless mattress and then a little fiddlin' with water levels till ya have a comfort spot that suits ya (a bit like tweakin' a PC really) as most ppl who havn't like them the cause has been poor water levels that havn't suited the person plus they didn't know about changin' it. ;)

You only end up with a sore back when you go back to a conventional bed, I find when I go away and sleep on a normal bed my hips and back ache profoundly.

I'll stick with my waterbed too, I've had mine for over 17 years.:p

Ppl who tell ya that they get bad backs with them are the sure sign of a badly filled one with either not enough water or too much. ;)
