When will we see Samsung 840 Pro reviews?
It looks like the Pro models will run with the best performing enthusiast ssd's.

We are still waiting on them to come in from Samsung. I was told it should be this week A batch of them arrived in the US for us, all capacity sizes, but then the marketing company sent them back to Korea so the firmware could be flashed. I guess they didn't think we could flash the drives ourselves.Comment

Thanks for the update.
Several major review sites reported that there was a bug in the beta firmware that came with the review samples and this was responsible for "killing" some of their review samples. It's reported that the firmware that is shipping with the current 840 retail models doesn't have this problem.Q9650 @ 4.10GHz [9x456MHz]
