As for this board, it is apparent the board was not tested thoroughly as even with F9 the ability of the board to boot with most USB 3 hubs or USB 3 external drives results in a B4 boot loop that is still not fixed. Gigabyte promised a fix in F8 and it got worse. F9 at least allows you to use a single device off a hub but multiple devices will lock the board or lose the port.
Good luck with getting SLI or CF stable with the M.2 slot loaded. Also, bought a DDR4-3000 kit to use with this board but it is not stable above DDR4-2666, especially with SLI. No amount of rebooting and "memory training" as Steve states in the support forums allows this board to run stable at DDR4-3000.
If you overclock the CPU then DDR4-2400 is luck of the draw with SLI or CF enabled. Also, numerous bugs in the EFI result in settings not saving all the time and slow response. About the only decent thing on the board is the audio but Asus and MSI are just as good if not better.
