I've installed the drivers for this card. They install fine and the card appears in the Device Manager. When I try to run the TV software I get an error message "can't get device!". Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hi, I am using a similar card I downloaded from Genius - Video Wonder and I am getting the same message. Can you let me know how you managed to fix this? Any help would be very appreciated.
