  • I gone to WinXP random reboot Hell

I need help. I just put this system together and put Win xp on it. I am getting random

reboots. From what I can tell It is being caused by a hardware conflict. I used dumpcheck to

check the dump but can not find the exception address to the offending driver or hardware.

It seems that the output of my dumpcheck is not like the examples that M$ has. Ok here are

    the specs to my system.
    WinXP Pro
    MB is Abit KV-7 w/AMD Athalon 2600
    Video card ATI Radeon 7000
    cdrw is memorex 1622
    cdrom is BCD E520C
memory 512mb pc2700 kingston value ram
    2 ide wd hard drives

Please any help will be much appreciated.
    Thanks

You should check your motherboard for like leakin capicitors.. or capictors that look like they are about to blow.

That was for the old KT-7 or KG-7 this is a new KT600 mobo.

440Magnum go to ya system properties, startup and recovery, then untick "Automatically Restart", then give us the full error report off the blue screen the next time it happens. Also give us the brand and rating of ya power supply.
