A friend of mine has a problem. I can't fix it for him either. He has braviax, minutara, and antivirus pro 2010. It shuts down all antispyware and antivirus programs. How do I help?

Can you boot into safemode and run Malwarebytes Malwarebytes.org and Superantispyware SUPERAntiSpyware (Free Edition) Freeware download and review - find and remove adware and spyware from SnapFiles ? You may have problems installing/running the cleaning programs. I've had good luck if I change the .exe file name (for example: rename mbam.exe to bbam.exe) in order to "fool" the malware programs so that they no longer recognize the antimalware programs. Bottom line is you are going to spend hours cleaning and if you are lucky it will work. Realistically if the system is that infected it is usually just easier to back up the files, reformat, and reinstall Windows.
