Thats what i've got....i dont do any overclocking, but i am going to be upgrading my computer in the not so distant future, hopefully some more PC2700 DDR and a Radeon 9600 video card this xmas....but i just wanna know how long this mobo will last me before i need to upgrade it....

If it does the job for you, then it will last until it fails to do so.
Rather vague answer, I know, but there isn't really a better answer. If you find yourself wanting to update to a newer technology or maybe to a competitors processor, then you will need a new board. But as long as you are satisfied with the current level of performance, why bother upgrading the system?
