Replacing onboard video (6100 GPU Mobo) with PCI-E Card

I recently ordered a EVGA 7600GT PCI-E Video Card for my compyter. But I have no idea how to install it

What are the steps to replace Onboard video with PCI-Express video?

It only fits in one slot. Put it in that slot. If it has a power connector, plug it in, preferably in a way that has nothing else on the same cord going back to the power supply.
