640mbs pc100 2-3-2 (256+256+128)

or

512mbs pc133 3-3-3 (256+256)

should i go for 133 or more ram? lol gay gay compaq

the 2 256s are pc133 3-3-3

the 1 128 is pc100 2-2-2

That is, of course, if your system doesn't support PC150 or PC166 in which case you should go for these.

though i wish it was a kt133a...

hahaha o/c a compaq..i already tried the bios, its gay..unless there's some special command thats unheard of..hint hint..anyone know? =P yup, 133 is a lot faster even though less ram.
