  • ASRock M3A77ODE substitute?

Hey I'm new to Tweaktown and wondering about this board. I'm hoping to find something similar by Gigabyte (but would really like it in ATX). Been reading for over a day this weekend (Memorial Day), starting to affect my vision, and need to pull the trigger. Know everything else I'm getting.

Concerned about Windows 7 drivers and a statement from the Oct review of the board about limited to 230 MHz FSB when OC. Otherwise, I only need that ACC feature for unlocking an Athlon II X3 and hoping I can fit long video cards. Wish GB made something less expensive than what I've seen.

Any input would be highly appreciated.

    Thanx,

    Mac

Have you looked at MSI's 770-C45? It looks very good from the reviews (Hypertransport clock up to 300MHz and stable) and should be around the same price as the ASRock.
