      It all looks good, except that you did not provide enough info to confirm the memory. I normally try to stick close to the motherboard's recommended memory list and the HyperX is not on it. I know it is excellent memory, but that is not the issue. If it is on this Kingston list, you should be OK - note the warning about fast memory at the bottom:

      I assume the system is primarliy for non-gaming purposes. You have budgeted a lot for a very speedy system, then went light on the video card.

      The PSU seems to be a little overpowered for that system with that graphics card - it is enough to power two good sized cards in CF, perhaps unless you put a large overclock on video cards and or CPU.

        So what if I changed the 5770 into 6970 ?
        And can you tell me a good RAM ? 3x2GB
