  • 880G Pro3 has no VGA Signal

I've been trying to get a new computer running and keep running into issues. After I install everything into the case and hook up a monitor, I turn it on and just get a blank screen. There is no signal that is output, no beeps, nothing.

    Here are my specs:
    ASRock 880G Pro3

    G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL - Totalling 32GB

    AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition Thuban 3.2GHz 6 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Six-Core Desktop Processor HDT90ZFBGRBOX

2 1TB SATA II Hard Drives

I've tried connecting a monitor using both the VGA and the DVI-D connection. Just a black screen. None of my power buttons on the case respond to the mother board after I turn it on, to shut it down I have to do a hard shut down via the power supply.

This exact same thing happened to me with the 890GX Pro3.

Nevermind, didn't have one of the power cables plugged in. Ooops. Works now.
