            Re: Gigabyte M61PME-S2 compatibility

            Here is their reply:"Dear Edo,

Thank you for your kindly mail and inquiry. About the issue you mentioned, since GA-M61PM-S2(rev. 2.0) has PCI-E x16 slot, as long as the graphics card you want to use belongs to PCI-E x16 interface, generally speaking, you can use the graphics card in your MB without problems. Please note the VGA card will downgrade to PCI-E 1.0. Please also confirm whether you have enough power for the graphics card.

To prevent hardware compatibility issue, we will suggest you to test before purchasing. If that is not possible, please then find a local store you can trust where can provide good after sale service to make sure you can get full support in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you still have any further question or suggestion about our products/service, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to help you resolve the problem ASAP."

            Regards,

                  Re: Gigabyte M61PME-S2 compatibility

Everything finally arrived, new CPU Athlon II x 3 455 3,3 GHZ and GPU VTX 3D Radeon 6770 1 GB DDR5 are working fine and the only downsides are that my new GPU 's temperature is much higher and the gfx card itself makes much more noise which is something that I will have to get use to or use headset a lot .
