windows not loading

Hello everyone here, i need help.

my motherboard is asrock,UEFI Z77 extreme 9 p1.2, i installed windows 7 64 bit successfully but when desktop appeared it restarted itself, when it turn on after manufacturer logo it is not running, after that asrock logo restarting and again and again. i make bios instant flash by usb drive but not helped what is a problem? plz help me thanks in advanced. replay me in my email [email protected] or here plz.

try clearing the cmos,leave out the motherboard cmos battery for 30minutes,put back in and try again

also try with only one ram stick installed to rule out ram instability

I did everything like u said but same not worked. When i finish installing and i am on system desktop it shuts itself and begins as before doing. what wrong is to it?

look in the bios and try with sata ports set to ide mode or ahci mode,test with both

Did you do any overclocking?

Did you change any components after which this started to happen?

It could could be that something is not seated entirely correctly.
