Question about Intel CPU?

If I were to get an Intel Processor with 800FSB on an ABIT IC7 Max 3 mobo. whats the best to get? 2.8 GHZ to 3.2 GHZ or 2.4 GHZ to 2.6 GHZ???

I want it to be overclocked as well!

As usual, OCing is all luck. You could buy a 3.2 and push it to 4.0, while your 2.4 may only to 2.6 and your buddies goes to 3.4.

But I have heard the 2.4 is a great OCer. And for the price I would say go with that.

2.4 can in some cases, go to 3.6 on mere air cooling. So, go with the 2.4c if you gonna get the abit board, unlike my intel board.

Thats also on exotic cooling measure im sure, and the 3.2 can do the same, if not more on exotic, and its more likely to

Air = 2.4
Water = 2.6
Sub-zero = 2.8

Those are my guidelines, based on a max attainable FSB of 300. The multiplier on each chip permits the best FSB / DDR ratios.
