DVD RW? What one?

Anyone have reccomendations on a new DVD RW drive? I dont really know the differences between -, +, and -+. Any tips? who makes the best affordable drive?

Get one that does both -/+ and I prefer Lite-On drives but dual layer drives are expected on the market very soon if you'd like to wait for them.
