That's the page on newegg of all the dual layer burners they have. Look at the first 2 burners.

1st one says:
Write Speed: 2.4X Double Layer DVD+R9, 8X DVD+R, 4X DVD+RW, 8X DVD-R, 4X DVD-RW, 32X CD-R, 16X CD-RW
2nd one says:
Write Speed: 8X DVD+R, 4X DVD+RW, 8X DVD-R, 4X DVD-RW, 2.4X DVD+R DL, 32X CD-R, 16X CD-RW

2.4X Double Layer DVD+R9 and 2.4X DVD+R DL are the same type right?
Is there a minus DL, like DVD-R DL? I checked the site u gave me n there was no + or -, just DL
