Which ram

As you can see from my system specs below i only have 256 mgs or pc 2100. I'm going to put another 256 in but my local retailer only sells ddr 266 and ddr 333. Which one of these is better for my board. Thnx for the help:devil:
P.S. i ask this because i'm a bit confused as there are so many different ram types.

DDR### is just the highest speed that the manufacturer garantees you can get, so you can get DDR400 and still use it in a DDR 266 board, you just won't use the ram to its full potential (in terms of speed).
