New Computer H/W Configuration

Hello Poeple, this is my first post here, just after a few answers on what I should go with. I've been outta the hard tech scene for a while, and not sure what will go together in a new comp.

I plan on going with:
Pentium 4 2.8
ATI Radeon 9700
GA-8ST667 Mobo
512Mb 333/PC2700 DDR RAM (probably Kingmax)
Volcano 9 CPU Fan
Antec 480W PSU

Thats pretty much the gist of it (not going to bother with case etc).
Is it all pretty much suitable to run together?
I'm really only worried about the CPU and Mobo compatibility. Is anyone else running a P4 2.4 or higher on the GA-8ST667? Does it do the job?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Well for starters the Volcano 9 is a socket 370/462 HSF (though why ya'd put one on a S370 is beyond me) and you should be looking at the Volcano 7+ or Spark series (though how well the later performs I can't say but it should still do better than the retail Intel one).

Yeah, the Volcano 7+ doesn't sound too bad, and not much more expensive either.
I managed to "break" my "arm" at "work" and just to happens I get some "compo" money. Hehe...... mmm, painkillers.

The rest of the system should be pretty sound then?
