Disk Cleanup Not Working

I right click C Drive, click properties, then click Disk Cleanup. It used to work. I haven't used it in a few months. Now it says it's calculating how much space I can free-up, but it never finishes. It never let's me get to the next screen where I can delete files.

Any suggestions?

Is there enough free space on the drive so it has room to work? :?:

Oh! Maybe not. I only have 2.5 gigs left out of 20. Maybe that's why?

Well, I just deleted a bunch of stuff and have over 5 gigs free now. The disk cleanup still isn't working. Thx for the response though. Is there anything else I can do?
