        OR
Go into your bios, boot from CD, install 98 install CD, follow the prompts and format and reinstall.
Not sure if that will be an issue though if you installed NTFS.

          MSKB Article #255867

Be certain you have a bootdisk that loads CD-ROM drivers, in case your system does not support booting from CD.

Once again the forum is starting to fill up with idiots who are using illegal versions of XP and then expecting help. Thread closed.

Actually PI, as it wasn't really the topic of the thread, I'm inclined to re-open this. Sure, he did have, but now he's going back to a different OS, and basically only need helps in installing that. It's not like he was asking for anything illegal... But I'll leave the choice for a re-opening up to you.

I realise the "topic" is supposed to be Fdisk but when the guy quite openly states he's using an illegal version then I close the thread on principle. However I'll reopen it if you're that way inclined.

While that subject has come up finally on a thread thats not locked, I just have a question as to why this site adamantly opposed to illegal software? It's not like it can be stopped.
