XP Pro Cliboard Issues?????

Help Mr. Wizard............anybody out there got any clues as to why
even after intalling clipboard from add new windows progams, and it shows as an added app, i still have no clipboard............
i even............Haaa Haaa Haaa..........tried dragging & dropping
the 98se clipboard from my second drives OS to no avail, as it will let me capture to it but not save from it????????? Any and all clues would be greatly appreciated! Thanx.:shrug: :cheers:
