    That usually means that Windows is accessin' the file so while it is you can't change it. Stop the program, service/s accessin' that file/s first and then alter/delete them.

      Thanks. I cannot even recognize what they are . This pc is totally infected now.......:(

        If it that bad I'd recommend a format and reinstall but if ya boot sector is also infected then fdisk the sucker.
