Reformat + Reformat under windows Xp

Hi, i'm new here, i think the guides r great and here and have helped me alot, but recently, i decided i should reformat my com, cuz i installed a new gfx card.(radeon9200)

anyways, i didn't see a guide, wondering anyone gimme a quick rundown on how to reformat completely, and then how to reformat other drives after formatting c drive.(d: and e:)

(sorry if this is noobish, i'm not a windows guinius.)

and after i've done reformated, i'm gonna use the great guides that r here.
