Window restrts when i try opening folders

sorry my A key is dodgy

last hight my comp crashed fter some copying and then when it had restarted i couldnt open ny folders without the mchine instantly restarting


i could run exes from the desktop and dial up my ISP but s soon s i when to veiw a site it would crash

any way i instlled XP to another drive and i coould access it all

i needed my DUP number so i switched back to the old HDD instll got the number nd thought id try open folder it work ????????? WTF

so i left it

then 3 hours later it happens again ?/ argghhhhhhhh

this time i see an error message ive not seen in this instance and it said something about WIN LOGON UI has encounter a typical MS must shut down blah blah

so i create a new user hopeing it wouldnt crash and it doesnt untill i go to the red X to close the window upon restart my new user was there YAY


i go into the profile all is accessible on all folders and all drives


weird Ha

ive had corrupt profiles B4 but they always started in blank prof after corruption


anyway ive searched google and the 3 topics i found that were remotely similar/relevent didnt help


any ide whats wrong or if and how to fix it
