Well you won't get into DOS from XP as XP doesn't support it (you will need a Win98 boot disk, http://bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm, Command Line in XP is not DOS) but to get into your BIOS requires a key to be held down during early stages of boot up (usually the Delete key but whatever key is required will be shown on the BIOS boot screen).

      Not true ;)

Go to Run and type in cmd and the MS DOS screen will appear.
