Win XP Service pack 2. I need it installed.

Ok so i was told that i need this service pack installed to get my video card to work corectly.

Problem:

im using a "burned" copy of XP, so the cd-key is already being used.

so i need someway to "crack" it.

if anyone knows any sites, or knows how to help me.

My first suggestion is, of course, to get your own full copy of Windows.

If that does not seem to be an option for you, try changing your cd key, it might take a few tries until you get one that is not in use, but that should solve the problem. The "WinXP Tweaking: From Reformat to Relax" guide on this site has information on one way to change your key, or find a cd key changer. As for getting a different key, do a few searches online, there are quite a few websites that have cd keys and cd key generators for various programs.

buy a damn legit copy of XP, that's how you'll fix it. Shame on you for asking.

That aside, there is no good reason you have to have SP2 installed to make your card work.
