Windows XP-SP2 cd key lost

Hi Everyone,
I have Windows XP-service pack 2 CD which i have purchased some time back. I have installed this on my system. But the problem is i have lost the cd key and i didn't remember that.
Now I want to format my system. Can anyone please tell me a method by which i can access that key from my system, or any other method to get that key.

Please help me as it is urgent.

You can google a key-finder that will allow you to get your Windows key but that will only work if you can still access your hard drive through Windows. If you cannot get into windows, you are out of luck.

This is the second time you have asked this, and I have also sent you a PM on this subject. I am closing this thread since this is the only answer. Please do not make another thread asking about this.

My two cents worth...

Since this isn't the first time this issue has recently come up, the next step will be user banning. Sorry if you truly lost your activation key, but you have only two choices. Call MS and see if they will help out, or buy another copy of Windows. Our forums will not show methods of hacking or bypassing the activation process of ANY software program or utility.
