  • BSOD, need help.

    Hey guys. im new here.. so im not that good at this stuff. i checked alot of forums.. and i couldnt find whats the problem..
    Ok, so i have

    Windows Vista Home Premium.
    Processor: Intel Core 2 duo 6300
    Memory ram: 2gig (4300x2, but they are not from the same manufacture)
    System type: 32 bit.
    Video card: Nvidia 8600gt xfx (I had Problems with Nvidia Drivers before wich caused BSOD, but updating the Drivers fixed it.)

    SO here what i get after the BSOD,

    By the Way i ran the program to test the memory ram 3 months ago.. so tell me the name of the program, ill try to test again..

      It appears you have a couple of files you can look at in your WINDOWS\TEMP directory that may give you more information. And the name of the most used memory testing utility is called MemTest.

        kk i checked those files and i have no clue whats causing the problem..
        by the way do you need dump?

          what happened to cause the blue screen, ie windows update, new software package install, driver update or did it just start happening

            Did you install *anything* major? Do you have a good firewall, antivirus and antispyware?
