    Re: BSOD Bad_Pool-Header

Thanks, Il test each RAM later on this evening.

As for the bios, I can't see anything you mentioned..the only voltage there was:
    Power>Hardware Monitor:
    Vcore voltage
    3.3 voltage
    5v voltage
    12v voltage

    Which is irrelevant..?

Il get back to you with the RAM results.

      Re: BSOD Bad_Pool-Header

Okay, Ive been a little silly..lol.

It tuns out I only have 1 stick of RAM, therefore it must be that one with the errors.

So where do i go from here, buy a new stick and see what happens?

      Errors Today:
      Bad pool header
      restarted itself x2 automatically

        Re: BSOD Bad_Pool-Header

Well it could be a Hard drive issue as well as a memory issue. What did the above HDDLife app tell you?

A clean install could also help, but since you did say your ram is giving you errors best to just get some new ram

I would buy two so you can have dual channel.

Sorry but that mainboard is based on the SiS 661FX chipset so no dual channel support is possible.

            HD:
            Health Status: 61%
            Temp: 37
            Performance: 61% Excellent

            Conclusion:
            ALL RIGHT!

The reliability and performance of your hard drive are completely all right. But do not forget to back up your data at least once a week since nobody is protected against bad luck.

            Hmmm...?

              61% Ahh

61% excellent?? HAHA Not in any school I have seen

What does this one tell you? >>>

Shown mine as 98%, I cannot test the with the HDDLife program as it wont read RAID

Sounds like you may want to just start with some new ram since you cannot adjust anything in the BIOS so your settings cannot be off. The ram is dying hence the errors for sure

I just posted what it said lol.

The other one told me this:
                Temp 30%
                Health 62%

                  Re: BSOD Bad_Pool-Header

Really, well it does not look so healthy to me then. That is a F at any school.

But in reality, I am not sure how a "Bad" drive looks in one of those. Never let it get to that point. I think you should get some new ram, and if that does not fix the issue saving for a new drive should be in your plans.

And like I said I would get ram first based on your memtest86+ results, since you do not have BIOS options for your ram you could not have messed it up. And ram in a OEM system like you have should not be failing without user intervention or dying ram
