Windows 7 install problem

Hi I have tryed to install windows 7 to day on my pc it is a clean install but half way in the install it cames up with this on a blue screen and this massage say it had to stop the install:

***STOP: 0X000000F4 (0X00000003, 0X81713C70,081713DD4, 0X8B8AB280)

I dont know how to sort this out I have tryed to install 3 time but still stops at this massage. any help PLEASE.

I had the same problem but it turned out to be some dust particles on the disc, cleaning the disc fixed the problem.

i think its better to instal windows 7 using usb drive
its faster and you no need to worry about dirt on the disc.
