Help With Xp Pro Setup For Limited User Only

I purchased a computer. I would appreciate if someone in the forum knows how I can setup my Windows XP Professional edition for the limited user. If somone knows how I can setup when Windows XP boots up it will just display windows explorer only. I don't want the user to access or delete anything except only access to the icon button for windows explorer only. If someone knows please email me at [email protected] Thanks, DOM
