I have 2 PCS one has taken SP1 ok with the key change the other will go through extracting files then to the welcome to xp service pack wizard and even to licence agrement then.......Service Pack Setup has canceled window appears with the heading Service Pack 1 Setup Error...down loaded SP1 from the net plus windows update still the same pleasssssssss any help Stewart
