Cloning XP SP1 with Ghost ???

Since many years I am using Ghost (in DOS) to Clone my main HardDrive to a Backup HardDrive, and it was working fine...

... since I go to XP + SP1, big problem : it doesn't worksany more
...

Does someone has a workraround to this very
annoying problem ?

Just set you "Pagefile.sys" to a different partition

I'm interested in this because I backup to a spare hd using Ghost too. I have not yet installed SP1 but just backed up my drive the other day in preparation for installing it. What happens when you try to run it(error messages, lockup)?

Dos cannot see the Xp pagefile.sys
and if you really want to optimize your system always set your pagefile.sys to the first partition of your 2nd drive hence Windows can read and write at once using both your hard drives controller (I create a D: partion which is equal to 3x my Ram and which is only used by pagefile. sys)
