Cant Install Windows Xp

Hi Guys,
Since 5 months I start Modding my old pc ...
to be fast and simply i just have this question
I try install:
Windows XP 32bit=>Blue Screen
Backtrack 5 R3 KDE 32bit =ERROR
UBUNTU 12.XX => ERROR
Windows 7 64bit= Done and working perfect...
Da F@$K?
I want to Install Windows Xp not 7 b/c is an old pc and it will lag...
cd is ok cd drive too
(note that the pc was out of power for long time so battery on mobo is dead i have to replace it soon (not replaced))

Is windows xp install cd updated or is it still original disk from release day haha? That could maybe be the issue...
