Sorry if I've missed this if it's been covered on earlier posts, but since installing SP 1, to change email Identities I've had to uncheck the "use this identity when starting a programme" in the "Manage Identities" window so it asks me to choose an identity each time I use Outlook Express. If I don't do that it simply won't let me change identities - it did before!

That is exactly why my installation of SP1 lasted for about a day.
