computer crash

my computer crashes with this error message:

STOP: 0xC0000221 unknown hard error
C:\systemroot\System32\Ntdll.dll

everyother time i start my computer. Then I reboot and it is all good. As soon as XP has started, the computer runs fine.

HARDWARE:

AMD ATHLON XP 2000+
Elitegroup k7s5a motherboard
512 ram
nVidia geforce 4 mmx 440 64 mb ram VIDEOCARD
