XP SP1 installation

Hi There,

I wonder what kind of problem I should expect after
installation of the XP SP1 as suggested by Cameron
Wilmot on this site.

I read also somewhere else on this forum that MS
will spy on every PC with SP1 installed, this according
to the EULA.
Trusted information collected from your own PC
will be sent directly and unnoticed to MS.

Also I read something about a timebomb, XP would
not working properly some time after installation of
SP1 using illegal activation numbers.

So the big question is : is this all bull**** or should
I avoid installing SP1 on my PC.

I would like to know if someone out there has the
SP1 installed as suggested by Cameron, and well
working.

yep you be good to go i think but sp1 wont install on the more common Pirate cd keys
