WinXP Home Hidden control panel

I once found a tweak that enabled WinXP Home edition to use the user control panel that WinXP Pro uses by running a command at the run prompt. I used the command and control panel to disable the Welcome screen and now I don't remember what the command is to get into that hidden control option. The regular user manager in the control panel will not cause the display of the welcome screen whether the box is checked or not.
:confused: Anyone know the command to run to get to this???

I found it...the command is "control userpasswords2"
