sp1 on mirrow sites is this a beta

The sp1 on your mirrow sights . Is this a beta or the same one microft released? I see on there sight they just have the express d/l is it safe to use this if you change your key first or should I use the mirrow sight?

Just to be safe, get it from this MS Link and use the Network Installation option to download the full SP1 package, which you can then install later at any time.
