Possible buggar found...

I've been seeing this in my win.ini alot lately, even when I delete it, it comes back. Anyone got any ideas about what this is?

its there in my pc too with different data, so i guess its part of windows.

I wonder if its windows built-in trojan? lol oh well, It will give up eventualy and I'll stop :hammer: it. Watch out windoz I'm armed and I don't know what I'm doing.
