Printer Sharing

Hi could some one tell me how to set up my computer for sharing a printer with my other computer Windows ME on the main computer and windows 98 se on the one i wan't to share to, I had it all set up so i thought but it says my main computer is currently off line but it's not so some where im not doing something right here Im pulling my hair out from confusion.
Thanks any help would be great.
PS-- i have home network set up so i think
Im running off a 4 port hub if that is the cause, cable connection, HP Printer 3420

If you have network set up.
right click on network neighborhood. and make sure file and printer sharing is checked.
Than go to start>settings>printers> right click on printer and click share.
if thats not there you dont have the file and printer sharing enabled (check it and reboot)

Hi ya i did all that but when i go to add remove and click on comunications internet sharing it says my my net work sharing is not complete please install your net work hardware Where do i get that. Thanks a million
