Install Shield

I recently had to do a full reboot on my computer. Today when I tried to install a game (Morrowind) an error came up saying
"The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed." Is there a way I can fix this file or get a new one so that I can install games. Thanks.

Installshield came with the game. Will other apps install?

You are trying to install an application that wants to access some important core files of windows.
You can not do so under guest or user account which you seem to be doing while getting that error. Login as an administrator and then try to install the application.
