Asrock 890 GX Extreme 3 Can't Booting or BIOS Error

I have Mobo Asrock 890GX Extreme 3...
I 've updated the bios to v2.50, but still not able to boot properly.
so I have to often reset to boot properly
is there any suggestion

What do you mean by "not able to boot properly"? In which step of boot you was stuck?
