Hello guys, can anybody help me with my problem. my sisters ipod touch wont charge through motherboard usb while computer is shutdown and power supply on.

power supply: imaster pro 5500
motherboard: asrock z68 pro 3
proc: i3 2100

its at the bottom of the asrock main app charger site hehe
