Hi Guys
I have purchased an ASRock P67 Pro3 - I installed an intel I5 3333 processor, 16GB ram. I installed 2008R2 std and installed hyper-v. When i try and start a virtual machine - hyper-v reports that the hypervisor is not running and i should check the bios. I have set the bios to enable virtualization tech and i also tried setting the vt-d both on and off in north bridge - but not for the life of me can i get a virtual machine to run. I have apllied all service packs etc form MS. No joy. I even tried installing MS 2011 multi point server premuim with hyper-v - still the same issue hypervisor not running.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what i am doing wrong?
