In Bios: (only things I found that reference LAN)
      Under [Advanced\ACPI Configuration]
PCI Devices Power On = Disabled
      Under [Boot]
Boot from Onboard Lan = Enabled

      For Windows 7
When in sleep mode, there is no light emitting from the NIC card.

You need to select "PCI Devices Power On = Enabled"

The power management settings in Device Manager quoted above are correct.

You need to go into Device Manager and the Details tab of Properties for the NIC. Look for options to enable wake on lan and wake from shutdown.

Whatever utility you are using to wake up the pc will need the MAC addresses of every machine you want to wake. You can get those by running a cmd prompt and ip config /all.
