sudden crashes like that sound like memory/memory controller issue, could add two clicks more on cpu northbridge(nb) voltage and see if crashes stop or if it remains stable for longer

      Re: Win7 x64 suddenly crashes

      I tried. Still same.
Is there a way to test the validity of hardware? I guess that TV card could to be the problem because it inhibits the picture and sound is delayed. Just a little bit, but annoyed. I hadn't that issues with TV card earlier with AMD Athlon x2 and Gigabyte mobos. Even the CPU temperature rises when the TV is turned on.

temp will rise a little because gpu is inside the cpu if your using onboard graphics, even with graphic card it might raise cpu temp a little if watching video, could try removing tv card and see if it still crashes,if not try two more clicks of nb voltage,if that doesnt fix it idk what it could be
